Have you ever wondered, "When a person becomes a Christian, why doesn't God just take them on to heaven?" The answer is that God has an assignment for each of us; you were made for a mission. What is that mission? You don't have to speculate. Just as Jesus was leaving to go back to heaven, he left clear instructions for each of us. Come next week and explore the only one of the five purposes we can't do in heaven! Then, visit the Ministry & Missions Fair and check out all the ways our church reaches out to our community and our world. Make it your personal challenge to stay until you have found a mission or outreach to try!

Ask that God will powerfully use our Missions & Ministry Fair to expand our church's impact through ministry opportunities, sending more workers daily into service. Pray for all those who will be learning more about their spiritual gifts this week and making decisions about where they feel God is prompting them to serve.
